Deadly blast hits shrine 18 people killed Balochistan

A suicide attack in Shia dargah in Balochistan province of Pakistan, in which at least 18 people died, while at least 22 people injured. According to police officials, the suicide bomb blast happened in the Fatehpur dargah located in Jhal Magsi area of ​​Balochistan.

He told that when the police tried to stop the suicide bomber from entering the dargah, he took away himself. Pakistani news channel Geo has confirmed the death of 18 people in this suicide attack by the deputy commissioner Asadullah Kakar. Balochistan Government spokesman Anwarul Haq Kakar confirmed that this is a suicide attack.



Anwarul Kakar said that a fidayeen attack took place during the Urs in Dargah. They said that a constable died while trying to stop the fidayeen attacker from entering the dargah in this attack. Apart from this, at least two policemen  injured, who admitted to the DHQ Hospital for treatment.

Balochistan Home Minister Sarfraj Bugti said that after receiving the news of the suicide attack in the Shia Dargah, the concerned officials instructed to take immediate action. After the attack, the security forces reached the opportunity-A-Wardat and besieged the area.

At the same time, after the suicide attack, the local administration announced an emergency in Sibbi and Dera Murad hospitals located in Jamali. This dargah located at a distance of 4 km from the Himalayan Maggi. Earlier in February, the Red Shahbazar attacked in Kalandar Dargah, in which at least 88 people killed and 343  injured.

Apart from this, a suicide attack  carried out in Shah Nurani Dargah in November 2016, in which at least 52 people killed and more than 100 people injured.
