SBI give new gift to its customers, SIA make banking easy.Artificial Intelligence Banking Platform Page started an AI-Power Chat Assistant for customers of State Bank of India. This solve the problems of SBI customers. The company said in its statement that this chat assistant called SBI Intelligence Assistant or SIA. It help the customers with everyday banking related work like a bank representative.




PageO’s founder and CEO Srinivas Nije said, “ASIA is like a revolution in the banking industry. This create a disturbance in the contact between the customer and the bank. “SIA around 10,000 problems, per second or 864 million per day 25 per cent the total questions processed by Google. He said that SIA make customer service better.
